Do you work on a payment by results
basis?
Yes. Occasionally we are retained on a
"payment by results" basis. This ensures that from a client’s
perspective, assignments are at worst self-funding. However,
we do not accept work if we cannot offer value for money or
contribute directly to a customer’s profitability. If all, or
just part, of the Rico portfolio of services is taken up by
the client, then all consultancy fees would generally be
refunded.
