All delivery deadlines and prices are agreed at the time of booking and if accepted by us, will definitely be achieved. We will endeavour to communicate with our customers in the event of any delays experienced on route to a destination. All our drivers are in real-time communications link with our control centre via their XDA2 handhelds.

Keeping Control

Our aim is to ensure that every consignment is treated with the utmost priority and that the customer has total visibility of progress. All your enquiries will be dealt with swiftly and honestly and by using our unique web based RicoTRACE system, customers may order and track jobs themselves. They can even combine separate Rico services like remote picking of a part from any of our PartsStore locations and linking it with a same-day PartsExpress delivery.

Contract Services

Long–term contracts can be arranged if you have a requirement for transportation on an hourly, daily, weekly or even yearly basis. We will tailor a package to suit your individual needs. We can for example, resource a substantial quantity of vehicles at short notice to cover multiple drops throughout most of the major cities. Prices can be based on either a drop or daily rate.
